Our schedule got a little out of whack (delayed) and they were totally understanding and accommodating. They were both super easy to get along with and to work with. They gave great suggestions for shots and locations along the trail. We got our edited photos a week ago (just two weeks after the wedding) and they look great! Jack even worked with us to make additional edits to some photos that we requested. They were very affordable compared to other photographers we talked to, but delivered a high quality product.
